Commercial solar is more complex than residential. Multiple load centres, transformer connections, DISCOM HT/LT metering, structural assessments for large roof spans — SunSaar's commercial team has handled it all, across diverse industrial environments in UP and Gujarat.

We work alongside your electrical and structural consultants, ensure compliance with CEA regulations, and deliver projects that meet or exceed contracted generation performance from Day 1.

Commercial Site Audit

Load data analysis, roof structural assessment, shading study, DISCOM metering review. Full report provided within 5 working days of site visit.

Techno-Commercial Proposal

Detailed system design, generation forecast, financial model with ROI, payback period, and IRR. CAPEX, RESCO and EPC options clearly compared.

Contract & Approvals

Project agreement, DISCOM application, structural clearances, CEA compliance documentation. Our team handles all regulatory touchpoints.

Installation & Commissioning

Mobilisation, material delivery, civil & electrical works, grid synchronisation and performance testing. Typically 30–60 days for 100 kW–1 MW projects.

Long-term O&M

Remote monitoring dashboard, quarterly performance audits, planned preventive maintenance, and guaranteed generation levels contractually backed.
